Since establishing SolarisTech Inc. in 2024, my primary focus has been on promoting and managing safety and technical authorities to ensure our clients operate within the highest standards of safety.

Before my tenure at SolarisTech Inc., I had the privilege of serving as Deputy Commissioner at a leading Flag State Administration and holding executive roles at a major Classification Society. My journey in the maritime industry also includes experience as a USCG Licensed Engineer on US-flagged merchant vessels, which has provided me with invaluable insights into the operational challenges and opportunities within our industry.

5. Payments and Refunds
Fees for services, courses, audits, or software subscriptions must be paid in accordance with the agreed pricing and schedule. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all payments are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: Oct. 28th, 2025
At SolarisTech, Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality services, training, and compliance solutions. Due to the nature of our work — especially digital products, subscription services, and time-based consulting — all sales are considered final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written service agreement.
1. Training Courses and Digital Content
All purchases of online training courses, eBooks, certification modules, and digital downloads are non-refundable. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us at admin@solaristechinc.com.
2. Subscription Services
Monthly or annual subscriptions to services such as SwiftAction or Nautilux are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, and access will remain available through the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Consulting, Inspections, and Custom Services
Payments for consulting, audits, inspections, reports, or custom compliance services are non-refundable, including retainers or deposits, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a cancellation is made with sufficient advance notice, we may offer a credit toward future services at our discretion.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in rare cases involving: duplicate charges due to technical error; accidental purchases reported within 24 hours with no material accessed; or legal obligation or regulatory requirement. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@solaristechinc.com and will be reviewed within 7 business days.
